For some reason I can’t seem to disconnect my mic from a Sennheiser ew100 g3 unit. I’ve unscrewed the collar and given it some pretty strong pulls and it won’t budge. Any ideas?

We’re having the same problem. did you ever get it disconnected!?
We did. If i remember correctly we used a screw driver to push down on the release and then we had to do a bit of manhandling it to get it off. Not a great experience. Perhaps needless to say – i havent connected them lately,
Same problem. I cannot believe this is so difficult. I called the company and they said sometimes they are sticky. I ruined a $500 mic so far and have another stuck.
