Texas oilman looks to wind and natural gas

Texas oilman T.Boone Pickens is pushing wind and natural gas these days. As some have suggested, the former billionaire oilman has had a “come-to-Jesus moment” and realizes the problems with American spending $700 billion on oil each year.

He’s got a number of videos on YouTube now along with a fancy new website explaining his plan. Makes since to me, but I haven’t explored everything about it.

He mentions that his plan will take less than 10 years to achieve but will take the right leader to get the job done. Wonder who he thinks that should/would be.

Gas prices expected to drop after strike ends

As our economy continues to be based more and more more on a global level, its important to realize what happens in Nigeria may not stay in Nigeria.

A recent strike in Nigeria as caused Exxon to completely shut-down production there, hurting the balance between supply and demand world-wide. But now it looks like the striking workers requests may have been solved and oil production can continue.

Also, recent attacks on oil refineries have also led to a reduction in overall oil production.

Those looters are really disgusting, aren’t they? And I don’t know about you, but they are stirring some ugly racial attitudes in me.
Yeah, right or wrong, I can’t help thinking that white oil executives are a pretty savage bunch.
