Moolala offers daily discounts and pays you cash

moolala

This new service – Moolala – looks pretty sweet…

I’ve got a longer write up on We Live Simply today but as an overview…

Moolala offers an incredible deal from a local or online merchant every day. Each deal will save you 50-90% off retail. When you subscribe, these offers are delivered directly to your email inbox each morning.

If you receive an offer you like, you can purchase it easily online. The next day we’ll send you a link to print your voucher. You then use the voucher to redeem your deal. It’s that simple!

Best of all, these deals are brought to you totally FREE.

Here’s to hoping someone offers some sweet deals on diapers and baby formula. 🙂

But if they don’t, Moolala offers another way for us to ease the “twin financial pains”…

The Moolala PayMatrix is an exciting rewards program where you can earn money by simply referring your friends to Moolala.

To start with, we’ll pay you 2% of the deal value on any purchase you make. Then, if you refer friends, we’ll pay you 2% of the deal value your friends buy. But it doesn’t stop there. You’ll also receive 2% on any deal your friends’ friends purchase, and your friends’ friends’ friends purchase, and your friends’ friends’ friends’ friends purchase. It’s a 2% 5-level rewards system. And these aren’t one-time referral fees. As long as people in your PayMatrix are buying deals, we’ll keep paying you – forever.

It may also be a pretty sweet opportunity for business owners as well.

If you’re interested, sign up and let me know what you think once the deals start rolling in.

A few other cool finds recently…

HeyTell – a FREE app for iPhone and Android platforms that essentially adds a push-to-talk feature to your phone (think Nextel or walkie-talkies)

Twittelator – This isn’t new by any means but with the cache issues I’ve had with the official Twitter app and continued fails when posting, I’ve been looking for a replacement. I think Twittelator is it. Ther are TONS of features in the free version and worth the $4.99 for the pro version as well. View a brief demo video.

Pinboard.in – I mentioned this service briefly yesterday, but while I was a big fan of delicious for several years, I’ve now switched from delicious to Pinboard.in exclusively for all my web bookmarking. The site features a simple layout and serves as an uber powerful tool. No longer am I having to share things in Google Reader, Twitter and then my bookmarking site. Pinboard automatically imports any links I share on Twitter, posts I share in Google Reader and articles I save for “reading later” in Instapaper. Granted, this isn’t your freebie site like delicious. You have to pay an initial startup fee — which has increased to $9.14 currently — but the sooner you get in, the cheaper it will be.

So what about you? What cool finds have you found recently on the web?
