Sitting next to Little Miss in her bed and I say a prayer and then very quietly she says, “daddy let me hold your hand.”
She takes my hand and very softly begins, “God our father, we thank you, for our many blessings, for our many blessings. Amen. Amen.”

She’s running on pure adrenaline after two full days of Christmas fun … But still happy to take a photo with her daddy.
… Don’t (normally) like to stop for photos.
During quiet time today (aka sister’s nap time) the boys watched videos on our iPads.
I’m not sure how he found it but I came upstairs and found HDiddy building a Duplo LEGO set based on a video he was watching on YouTube.
Play. Pause. Build. Play. Pause. Build. Take that Google.com. 🙂
His sister ended up stealing some of his thunder and free time with daddy today – so he’s been waiting all day for this and now he’s one happy boy.
HDiddy is going to home sick today – but obviously he’s looking on the bright side of things …
“Daddy, since I’ll be the only one home today – I know what we can do! We can build LEGO houses on your computer since you won’t have to watch the other kids!”
