Dallas City Councilmember Leo Chaney, District 7, wants the city’s tax payers to build a monument to himself in Opportunity Park.
I guess he has that right – now that he’s been elected to the city council – right?

Geat Idea, except he’s thinking to small.
The monument should be twice the size planned now and be made of gold or platnum. Taxpayers’ will pay for it.
