Brooklyn had a rough time on Sunday at her dad and Tammy’s birthday party. She just didn’t want to be bothered. Even I couldn’t get her to cheer up for a while. I know – shocking! 🙂 HA.

It’s funny how a gift bag or a whoopee cushion can entertain a young child for hours — yet we insist on buying them junk they’ll only play with for a couple weeks.

It only took us five or six tries to get this photo at Brad and Tammy’s birthday party. We had to get the camera set just right with our new tripod and timer. Granted we could have just asked someone standing around watching us to take the photo. But where’s the fun in that?
