My Swingline stapler
I just got a brand new Swingline stapler for my desk. Sadly it’s not a red one as in Office Space but a valuable piece of equipment as well.
I also got a new Rolodex which I was almost shocked to find the C-D divider missing. I thought, who steals a C-D divider out of a Rolodex? Seriously who does that. Then I realized it some how got covered up by another piece of paper. Ha. Ha ha. Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha.
Har har har har har har ha ha har har.
(sorry about the psycho bit there…)
Pastor’s business card
From Shane: A new pastor was visiting in the homes of his parishioners. At one house it
seemed obvious that someone was at home, but no answer came to his repeated
knocks at the door. He took out a business card and wrote “Revelation 3:20”
on the back of it and stuck it in the door.
When the offering was processed the following Sunday, he found that his card
had been returned. Added to it was this cryptic message, “Genesis 3:10.”
Reaching for his Bible to check out the citation, he broke up in gales of
laughter. Revelation 3:20 begins “Behold, I stand at the door and knock.”
Genesis 3:10 reads, “I heard your voice in the garden and I was afraid for I
was naked.”
Revenge or just fun?
After I posted several videos from Laurie’s past on my blog earlier this week, she’s returned the favor.
She’s almost completed the video for our wedding reception and I may be prejudice but it’s good. No really. To bad you can’t see it till after April 28th.
