100 Things we love about Ellis County: 98

Well it’s been awhile but I thought it was a good time to update the 100 Things we love about Ellis County list.
98 – Fajitas at Campuzanos Fine Mexican Restaurant on Highway 77. While it’s a little pricier than some of the other restaurants we are HUGE fans of their fajita combo. Laurie and I can usually always get plenty to eat on their single portion of combo fajitas but if we’re really jonesin’ for some grub they also have a HUGE double portion of fajitas for $22. Either way, come hungry or bring some friends.
