HDiddy-ism: Look at my feet

Tonight HDiddy was woken by his sister and he called me into his room asking for water.

Then he looked up at me and said, “Daddy, look at my feet.”

“OK,” I said. I looked down and his feet were covered by his blankets. “What about them?”

“I have bear feet,” he said.

“OK,” I replied. “You always have bare feet.”

“No I don’t.”

“Well, you always have bare feet when you go to sleep.”

“No, I don’t.”

I looked down again and reached under his blankets to grab his feet. At the same time, without thinking, I picked up the teddy bear that was laying above the blanket above his feet and handed it to him.

“See. I have bear feet,” he said.

What happens to my Google account when I’m gone?

""

I found this very interesting today…

Google Inactive Account Manager

With the service, you can setup what happens to your Google account(s) after an extended time of inactivity.

So if you haven’t logged in to Google for a certain timeframe, they’ll check in with you to make sure you’re OK (via text message and email).

If you don’t respond, they can either alert a chosen person or completely delete your account if you wish.

The trusted person(s) can also download all your data if they’d like as well or you can select the data they’re allowed to download.

That’s a pretty nice feature for a company that knows so much about us.

Also, if you haven’t checked lately, now may be a good time to check in with your Google Account settings to make sure it’s secure and your privacy is in place.
