Corey from Simple Marriage and Mandi from Life…Your Way have brought together a super sweet e-book package for those interested in simplifying your family (and your life).
When purchased separately, these ebooks are worth over $450, but for four days only, you can purchase the entire collection for just $47.
Corey’s become a great friend over the last few months as we’ve chatted both online and off-line about a variety of great things. I love his heart and posture and I’m proud to help promote his work (You can listen to his story over at the something beautiful podcast).
But as I mentioned above, there’s a catch… This collection is only available from 2 p.m. on March 21st to 2 p.m. on March 24th March 25th. There will be no late sales offered.

I’ve been following @ScottyWardSmith for some time on Twitter now and have enjoyed his thought provoking tweets.
He describes himself as: Pastor for Preaching and Worship at Christ Community Church. Husband, dad, granddad, big sinner with a bigger gospel, fisher of men and fish, photographer
As of the last month or so, he’s begun tweeting a really interesting “series” of tweets that offer “signs you’re growing in grace.”
I don’t remember exactly when Scott started sharing these, but I went back through the archives to Feb. 26th and found a lot of great nuggets – many I had missed the first time around. Continue reading Signs your growing in grace
Laurie and I have had a number of great vacations over the past 4 years – and I think we’re both looking forward to many more with (and maybe without) our two boys.
Just for kicks, I found a cool tutorial the other day that simulated the “toy-photography” (aka tilt-shift) niche via Photoshop and thought I’d create some “mini-vacations” for you to enjoy. Continue reading Mini-vacations
I doubt it’s a secret, but I would love to be able to blog/podcast full-time (here, here, here or even here) if I could, or at least add a decent supplement to my regular income (click the “stuff I like” page up top to find some ways you can do that – hint, hint).
And from time to time, I receive random offers to advertise this or that product on my blog for various amounts of lengths of time and money.
Most of the time I trash the offers (solely based on the e-mail or the type of product they want to sell), but depending on the offer, I may take the time to actually investigate the offer and respond. Continue reading Make money from your blog

atu2.com has offered a list of their Top 10 U2 songs to workout to.
And it’s a great list… but I like my playlist better. 🙂 Which, I haven’t really used much lately… Guess I’d need to actually work out more frequently to really put it to use.
10. Zoo Station – I always picture Bono walking on stage doing his “Bono kick/dance” during the ZooTV tour when I hear this song. The hard beat works great with fast repetitions like a rowing maching.
9. Even Better Than the Real Thing – It’s hard for me hear Zoo Station without it being followed by Even Better.
8. The Fly – Hard for me to hear this song without thinking of the goofy videos we made for this video while running around Pleasant Grove… and my friend Brandon doing the “Bono dance” in a tree and then falling to the ground when the branch broke. DOH!
7. Elevation – This song gets me jumping and boppin’ my head every time I hear it. atu2.com suggests listening to it while on a trampoline. I’m picturing it more while using a punching bag or shadow boxing… or maybe even jump rope.
6. Sunday Bloody Sunday – Perhaps the ultimate anthem? Hard not to get energized listening to it.
5. Bullet the Blue Sky – I usually go with the Joshua Tree album here, but if I really want to get angry and fired up about something for inspiration, you can’t go wrong with the live version from Rattle and Hum.
4. Hold Me, Thrill Me, Kiss Me, Kill Me – “Who’s afraid of a big black bat?”
3. Vertigo – I don’t run much, but this song and #1 are always great tracks to get me moving.
2. Stand Up Comedy – “Love is evolutions very best day.” Truly my favorite song on NLOTH and just a great jam to do just about anything to.
