Ate at the new Subway in Duncanville, Texas on Sunday for lunch. Superb!
We’re fans of Subway, but lately, the employees at all the locations we’ve visited have seemed less and less interested in giving us the best sandwich possible.
Not so at this location! They actually had 4 people working today – a first! The bread was super fresh and you could actually taste the Italian in the Italian herb and cheese bread. Everything was fresh and then our sandwiches were given to us in plastic trays, rather than all wrapped up in paper.
It wasn’t quite Chick-Fil-A’s great customer service, but it was pretty close.
We were thoroughly impressed. Well done and mad props to the folks at the new Subway in Duncanville (near 67 and Main St).
Hopefully more Subways (and restaurants) can learn from their great example.
