This weekend we attended my cousin’s wedding at Texas A&M in College Station.
The ceremony was held in the All Faith’s Chapel on campus.
As I walked in, I noticed a particular plaque mounted above the guest book.
My house shall be called a house of prayer for all people. – Isaiah 56:7
For whatever reason, in this time and place, that verse really resonated with me. And not the typical “my house shall be called a house of prayer” that you hear so often…
But “For ALL people.”
And it got me thinking.
If we refuse someone from taking part in our communities of faith… can we still call our gathering places the Lord’s house?
What do you think?
