day 07 – a song that reminds you of a certain event
I’m laughing right now as I think of it…
Back in “the day” my friends Aaron and Brad did a remake of this song – by “voicing”/beat-boxing the intro drums and sound effects. It’s so hard to describe… if only Aaron still had a copy of it.
Anyways… around 3:30 in the morning, Aaron found his brother Matt and I asleep at their Pa-Paw’s house and turned the song on, with the volume cranked (way past 11). As we were startled awake Aaron just stood there laughing at us.
So now, when I hear the song… I’m definitely reminded of the night I was woken from a deep slumber, to the sounds of Aaron Lehmann and Brad Beth beat-boxing the intro to…
