\nImagine if we adopted that policy in all our relationships!<\/p>\n

Imagine how different our clients and customers might feel. <\/p>\n

Imagine how different our spouses might feel.<\/p>\n

Imagine how different our relationships with our kids might be.<\/p>\n

Imagine how different people might see our faith.<\/p>\n

Wow!<\/p>\n

Two passages of Scripture immediately come to mind…<\/p>\n

Then he was told, “Go, stand on the mountain at attention before God. God will pass by.” and after the earthquake fire, but God wasn’t in the fire; and after the fire a gentle and quiet whisper.<\/p>\n

When Elijah heard the quiet voice, he muffled his face with his great cloak, went to the mouth of the cave, and stood there. A quiet voice asked, “So Elijah, now tell me, what are you doing here?”<\/em> – 1 Kings 19:11-13<\/p>\n

The Word became flesh and blood, and moved into the neighborhood. We saw the glory with our own eyes, the one-of-a-kind glory, like Father, like Son, Generous inside and out, true from start to finish.<\/em> – John 1:14<\/p>\n

Imagine… the creator of the universe doesn’t want to yell and scream at us, yet he comes to us in a still quiet voice… and moves into the neighborhood as one of us… showing us true love and earning the right to whisper.<\/p>\n
