I’m amazed that this e-mail<\/A> is still going around…<\/p>\n

Don’t buy Pepsi in the new can. Pepsi has a new “patriotic” can
\ncoming out with pictures of the Empire State Building, and the
\nPledge of Allegiance on them.
\nHowever, Pepsi left out two little words on the pledge,<\/p>\n

“Under God.”
\nPepsi said they didn’t want to offend anyone.<\/p>\n

In that case, we don’t
\nwant to offend anyone at the Pepsi corporate office, either!
\nSo if we don’t buy any Pepsi product, they will not be offended
\nwhen they don’t receive our money that has the word “In God We Trust” on it.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

As you may recall, this actually has it’s origins with a Dr Pepper can. People were in uproar when Dr Pepper released a patriotic can with the prhase “One nation… Indivisible” on the can in support of the nation after Sept. 11.
