Over the weekend I started working up some mock-ups (demos) for a new web design for some friends.<\/p>\n

I don’t know that they’ll use what I originally came up with, but thought I’d keep working it and turn it into a full WordPress theme. <\/p>\n

Right now I’m calling it Rockband, but I plan on changing the name to something a bit more clever before I release it into the wild.

\nIt’s meant to be a quick and easy theme for bands or other touring groups\/organizations to use to run their website (it could also easily be adapted for a youth group, church or the like). With a few few recommended plugins the site will also include video (YouTube\/Vimeo etc), an audio player, Twitter updates and a tour schedule.<\/p>\n

The theme is built on the back of the Sandbox Framework<\/a> and currently comes with three different flavors — which will be selectable\/changeable from within the WordPress dashboard.<\/p>\n

I’ve posted six screenshots on Flickr <\/a>and would love to get your input\/ideas. Let me know what you think and what you might want to see\/change.<\/strong><\/p>\n
