Laurie and I have moved into our <a href=\"http:\/\/flickr.com\/photos\/33065412@N00\/sets\/72157602048826761\/\">new home in Red Oak<\/a><br \/>\nb. We closed on Wednesday morning and started moving things in Wednesday afternoon<br \/>\nc. I never want to have to stress over moving services again &#8211; that&#8217;s ridiculous. People give you a five hour window and still can&#8217;t be on time.<br \/>\nd. After we closed on Wednesday &#8211; the transmission on my truck went out Thursday morning<br \/>\ne. Had to borrow a friends truck and wait for mine to be fixed while we continued moving<br \/>\nf. Had help from Matt &#038; Kathryn on Thursday and Friday<br \/>\ng. Our parents helped on Saturday<br \/>\nh. Got everything out of our apartment by Saturday afternoon &#8211; other than a grill, our bikes and cleaning supplies<br \/>\ni. Cleaned out our storage unit after church on Sunday<br \/>\nj. Found out &#8220;we&#8217;ll move your services for free&#8221; doesn&#8217;t always mean move for free on Sunday afternoon<br \/>\nk. Enjoyed a dinner of fried chicken tenders and sides with Laurie, Richard, Amber and Gracelyn Sunday night. They brought the food over as a house warming gift. Made the frustrations from earlier in the day seem very petty.<br \/>\nl. Went to bed, ready for a new week and month<br \/>\nm.
