\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 January: \u00e2\u20ac\u0153When I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ve talked about vouchers; philosophically I wouldn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t have a problem with that for disadvantaged kids.
