So I came to work this morning and left to do finish my paper route and grab a breakfast burrito.
\nI did real good yesterday (or so I think). I had a small lunch and an even smaller dinner last night.
\nThen I cleaned out my garage, drinking a gallon of water at the time and worked out on my new weight bench for 20-30 min.
\nBut I think I just killed all of that.
\nOn the way back to the office I stopped to get a foutain drink and the local store had a deal on 44 ounces, PLUS free skittles or starburst with every fountain drink purchase.
\nOh man – sugar rush.
